  I would give negative if I possible. Worst real estate I have ever dealt with in my 5+ years of renting. They were unresponsive with multiple issues while renting, then attempted to return $0 bond. I spoke multiple times with a 'senior property manager' who was very rude, sarcastic and intimidating. The issues they tried to claim $2080 were for a few broken blinds (which were caused by 'neglect' from me) and resurfacing of a bathtub, scratches to walls and damage to light fixtures (all of which were documented in the ingoing report).

  Excellent real estate if they do there job correctly and not lie to new tenants and say this and that so they can either sell or rent and make extra commission for completing there job then they do get a 5 star from me, excellent customer service,easy to talk to,well presented with a smile to great there clients that I appreciate that from them plus the real estate is clean and tidy

  They might be a good real estate agent for landlords, but not for tenants.
  This agent is inactive and unprofessional. There were many mistakes for the work they done as real estate agent. I rented a commercial shop from the agent. The agent sent the invoice to charge for bond money about 4k that I have already paid to the landlord since I signed the lease contract. I told them please go to check with the landlord’s solicitor, then they disappeared.
  Also, it took about two months to process the bond refund because they didn’t have the signed deed of assignment (although the contract has already settled two months ago). They also tried to charge me the water rates that I have already paid on the settlement date.
